The Client

Phone House, managed by Dominion Global in markets such as Spain, is the multi-brand leader in the telecommunications retail and consumer technology sector. Its evolution towards a comprehensive services model ranges from device Rentik leasing to Zurich insurance and energy. 

To sustain this growth, they rely on an immense capillary network made up of thousands of distributors and marketers who prescribe and sell the group's services in alternative channels.

The Challenge

Ensuring an agile, unified, and 100% digital sales process across thousands of non-exclusive distributors to maximize product penetration without losing operational control. The main challenge was to design a comprehensive BSS system (Customer Hub) to unify disparate workflows: Telco sales, Rentik, insurance, and utilities; integrating scoring, e-signatures, recurring payments, and marketing into a single platform connected via API.

The Solution

Tecalis designed and developed Única©, a custom BSS solution based on Tecalis Customer Hub technology. A fully integrated multi-product and omnichannel ecosystem was built for Phone House and Dominion Global's commercial operations. Highlighting:

  • Dynamic sales frontend with real-time updated catalog via API.
  • Comprehensive processing of insurance with policy parameterization and scoring.
    Same-session electronic signature with Tecalis Sign.
  • Integration of automated recurring payments (SEPA/Card mandates).
    Control panel and capillary management of thousands of distributors by zones.
    Marketing automation and operational alerts based on seller behavior.
